WEATHER POLICY
- In the Shenandoah Valley, afternoon summer storms are frequent & pass quickly so we wait to postpone, or cancel events until the scheduled starting time. (We will use common sense if the storm is obviously big.)
- We will alert you ASAP via "Remind" if there is a delay or cancellation. Be sure you join our @westover26 group.
- When the pool's lighting detector alarms, the pool deck must be cleared for at least 30 minutes from the most recent weather event. There is no where safe for you child to wait out the delay.
- If a weather delay is called, and less that 30 minutes of practice remains, practice will end.
- If you drop your child off, please keep an eye on the weather and the lightening system. Stay nearby if their a chance of closure.
